Use of the service

Users must provide accurate information, use MesraGuide lawfully and avoid misleading, harmful or unauthorized content. Listing ownership, verification, sponsorship, ratings and editorial recognition are separate statuses.

Listings and paid promotion

Free and Sponsored Listings may be subject to review, lifecycle controls and applicable package terms. Paying for promotion does not guarantee ranking, verification, an award, a positive review, availability, bookings or business results.

Travel decisions

Travel conditions, opening hours, prices, transport, weather, border rules, safety information and availability can change. Users should confirm important information with the relevant provider or official authority before relying on it.
